Refund and Return Policy
1. Submitting a request for return/refund

Please note that, in the event of a Sutussashop request, the Buyer must arrange the delivery to the location designated by the Sutussashop within three (3) calendar days after the return request is submitted.
Sutussashop will consider your refund and return requests in its sole discretion. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the results of Sutussa’s consideration are binding and are final and absolute. and certify and agree that the Buyer will not pursue any legal action or make any claim against Sutussashop or against the product owner company based on such consideration.
3. Don’t change your mind.
Buyer may not apply for return and/or refund due to change of mind. Unless otherwise stated in this refund and return policy.
4. The condition of the returned product
to avoid the hassle of returning The buyer should ensure that the item must be returned to the seller in the condition that the buyer received at the time of delivery. We recommend that buyers take pictures of the product while receiving the product.
5. The cost of returning the product
The buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
6. Refund
The buyer will receive a refund within 7 days after the Sutussashop has received the product and inspected it. The refund will be credited to the buyer’s credit/debit card. or designated bank account whichever is appropriate
Shipping Policy
1 Shipping time Bangkok will be 1-2 business days.
Upcountry 2-5 working days approximately, depending on the shipping company or delivery area excluding Saturdays and Sundays public holidays and public holidays

นโยบายคืนเงิน คืนสินค้า
1.การยื่นคำร้องขอคืนสินค้า/คืนเงิน
ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดไว้ในนโยบายการคืนเงินและคืนสินค้าฉบับนี้ และ เงื่อนไขการให้บริการ ผู้ซื้อสามารถยื่นคำร้องขอคืนสินค้าที่ซื้อ (“สินค้า”) และ/หรือคืนเงิน ก่อนวันสิ้นสุดระยะเวลา ตามที่ระบุไว้ใน เงื่อนไขการให้บริการ ได้ ทั้งนี้ สำหรับสินค้า จะเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดไว้ในเงื่อนไขการให้บริการของบริษัทเจ้าของผลิตภัณฑ์
2.การยื่นคำร้องขอคืนสินค้า
ผู้ซื้อสามารถยื่นคำร้องขอคืนเงินและ/หรือคืนสินค้าในกรณีดังต่อไปนี้เท่านั้น
2.1 ผู้ซื้อไม่ได้รับสินค้า
2.2 สินค้ามีตำหนิ ใช้การไม่ได้และ/หรือเสียหายระหว่างการจัดส่ง
2.3 ผู้ขายส่งสินค้าไม่ตรงกับข้อมูลจำเพาะที่ตกลงกันไว้ ให้กับผู้ซื้อ
2.4 สินค้าที่ส่งให้ผู้ซื้อมีลักษณะแตกต่างอย่างเป็นสาระสำคัญจากคำอธิบายที่ผู้ขายระบุไว้ในบัญชีรายชื่อสินค้าที่เสนอขาย หรือ
ด้วยการทำข้อตกลงแบบเป็นส่วนตัวกับผู้ขายและผู้ขายต้องส่งคำยืนยันของตนไปยังบริษัทเจ้าของผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อยืนยันข้อตกลงดังกล่าว
กฏหมายกำหนดให้ต้องมีการคืนเงิน
ผู้ซื้อจะต้องส่งคำร้องของผู้ซื้อผ่านทาง” ร้านสุทัสสา “ ตามช่องทางทีร้านกำหนด
โปรดทราบ ในกรณีที่ ร้านสุทัสสา ร้องขอ ผู้ซื้อจะต้องดำเนินการส่งสินค้าไปยังสถานที่ที่ ร้านสุทัสสา กำหนดภายใน สาม (3) วันปฏิทินหลังจากที่ได้มีการยื่นคำร้องขอคืนสินค้า
ร้านสุทัสสา จะเป็นผู้พิจารณาคำร้องขอคืนเงินและคืนสินค้าของคุณภายใต้ดุลยพินิจแต่เพียงผู้เดียว โดยผู้ซื้อรับทราบและตกลงว่าผลการพิจารณาของ ร้านสุทัสสา มีผลผูกพัน โดยถือเป็นที่สุดและเด็ดขาด และรับรองและตกลงว่าผู้ซื้อจะไม่ดำเนิการทางคดีหรือยื่นข้อเรียกร้องใดๆ ต่อ ร้านสุทัสสา หรือต่อบริษัทเจ้าของผลิตภัณฑ์จากการพิจารณาดังกล่าว
3.ห้ามการเปลี่ยนใจ
ผู้ซื้อไม่อาจยื่นคำร้องขอคืนสินค้าและ/หรือคืนเงินเนื่องจากเปลี่ยนใจได้ เว้นแต่จะระบุไว้ในนโยบายการคืนเงินและคืนสินค้านี
4.สภาพของสินค้าที่คืน
เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงความยุ่งยากในการคืนสินค้า ผู้ซื้อควรตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าสินค้าจะต้องส่งคืนผู้ขายในสภาพที่ผู้ซื้อได้รับขณะจัดส่ง เราขอแนะนำให้ผู้ซื้อถ่ายรูปสินค้าไว้ในขณะที่ได้รับสินค้า
5.ค่าใช้จ่ายในการคืนสินค้า
ผู้ซื้อจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการส่งคืนสินค้าคืน
6.การคืนเงิน
ผู้ซื้อจะได้รับเงินคืนภายใน7วัน หลังจากที่ ร้านสุทัสสา ได้รับสินค้า และตรวจสอบเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว เงินที่คืนจะโอนเข้าบัตรเครดิต/เดบิตของผู้ซื้อ หรือบัญชีธนาคารที่กำหนด แล้วแต่ว่าอย่างใดจะเหมาะสม
นโยบายการจัดส่งสินค้า
1 ระยะเวลาในการจัดส่งสินค้า กรุงเทพ ฯ จะอยู่ที่ 1-2 วันทำการ ต่างจังหวัด2-5 วันทำการ โดยประมาณ ขึ้นอยู่กับบริษัทผู้ให้บริการขนส่งหรือ พื้นที่จัดส่งสินค้า โดยไม่นับวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ วันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ และวันหยุดราชการ
2 บริษัทฯ จะเริ่มนับระยะเวลาการจัดส่งสินค้าหลังจากที่ลูกค้าได้รับ E-Mail ยืนยันการสั่งซื้อสินค้าที่มีการชำระเงินเต็มจำนวนสำเร็จเท่านั้น
3 การจัดส่งสินค้า แบ่งเป็น 2 ประเภท คือ
3.1) จัดส่งถึงที่หมายตามที่อยู่ที่ระบุไว้ (Door to Door) : จะจัดส่งสินค้าให้หลังจากลูกค้าชำระเงินเต็มจำนวนแล้วเท่านั้น โดยลูกค้าจะได้รับการโทรนัดหมายการจัดส่งสินค้า จากพนักงานจัดส่ง ตามหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ที่ลูกค้าให้ไว้ตอนทำการรายการสั่งซื้อ
3.2) จัดส่งแบบไปรษณีย์ด่วนพิเศษ (EMS)
4 ลูกค้าไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงที่อยู่จัดส่งสินค้า เมื่อได้ทำการสั่งซื้อสินค้าเรียบร้อยแล้ว
5 บริการจัดส่งสินค้าเฉพาะภายในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น สำหรับการจัดส่งสินค้าในพื้นที่ 3 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ (ยะลา ปัตตานี และ นราธิวาส) ระยะเวลาในการจัดส่ง จะขึ้นอยู่กับสถานการณ์ในช่วงเวลานั้นๆ โดยทางบริษัทฯ จะจัดส่งให้ตามความเหมาะสม
6 เนื่องจากนโยบายการจัดส่งสินค้าของสินค้าแต่ละรายการมีความแตกต่างกัน ลูกค้าสามารถตรวจสอบนโยบายการจัดส่งสินค้าก่อนทำการซื้อสินค้าได้
7 บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขใดๆ โดยไม่จำต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
